A portal is a web-based application provided to the merchant to view the details of the transactions done on their business. This is provided in real-time and showcases all the information about the transaction. Apart from the transaction, the data portal also consists of various sections such as admin, reports, analytics, users, etc.
The product
The product has been widely adopted, serving more than 450,000 merchant users across India and the UAE. Among these users, approximately 200,000 are small and medium-sized businesses. Some notable marquee enterprises that trust this product include Flipkart, Big Basket, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Xiaomi, Decathlon, D-Mart, Landmark Retail Group, KFC, Noon.com, DHL Express, and more. Additionally, several government bodies in both India and the UAE, such as Sharjah Police, Ajman Govt, Indian Oil Corp Ltd, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike, Greater Chennai Corp, North & South Bihar Power Distribution Co Ltd, Delhi Metro, Maharashtra State Road Transport Corp, and Canteen Stores Dept (of Ministry of Defence), are long-term customers.

My role
My role included collaborating with stakeholders to identify user needs, crafting intuitive user flows, reimagining information architecture, and translating ideas into visual concepts through sketches, wireframes, and creating a functional prototype and visual design.

For such merchants, there are levels that manage the functions at different levels.
1) Owner of the Business - Who Manages the whole business
2) Store Managers of specific locations - Who manages the stores overall
3) Store Cashier - Who Performs the transaction
4) Regional or hub Managers - who Manage the multiple stores of a region ( like area/city/zone/state)
5) Central Team - An Admin functional who manages the overall store collection business
6) Finance / Sales Team - A team that is not directly related to the transactions but uses the data for analysis

This page displays all the interactions that occur while hovering on the charts that give an overview of data of a particular day and time.

1.) In the Sales overview (every bar is a day)- while hovering over a single bar graph, a modal appears that shows a detailed list of the transactions that happened on that day. By clicking on the bar user is taken to the transactions report page.
2.) In transactions by type - By clicking on the dropdown on Card, users get a breakdown of transactions by card (credit debit, or unknown). Hovering on the Pie chart also shows a modal that contains details of that transaction mode

- This section shows the flows of transactions report, basic filters and refund transactions.
- The page below shows a transactions report of the selected date on the top
- Below the headline there is a row of dropdowns. These are filters that can be used to get a very specific report. There are two types of filters basic and advanced.

Settlement report
Ability to get the settlement data which includes the data from he transaction along with settlement details. For quick download pre defined fields with Daily, monthly and weekly should be available
